Medical Care Options
Primary Care
What is primary care? One patient, one provider (or covering provider). The Nurse Practitioner (provider) empowers you to take care of your health in addition to diagnosing conditions, following chronic care concerns, prescribing of medications and treatments, referrals to specialists, etc. similar to a family physician.
Initial onboarding $200 for 45 minutes (includes medical history, family history, evaluation of concerns, diagnostics and labs as required).
Follow up appointments $75 for 30 minutes for adults and $50 for children under 16
Walk-In / In-Office Care
One (1) episodic health concern such as sore throat, urinary tract infection (UTI), cough, rash, lab requests, refills of some medications (not including narcotics or controlled substances).
$50 for maximum 10 minutes, $40 for children under 16 years of age
Mobile Care / Home Visits
Receive nurse practitioner care within your home or place of your choosing.
$80 for maximum 25 minutes
+ $0.58/km outside city limits
Virtual Care: Online/Telephone
Basic diagnostics, follow up on lab results, prescription refills, and other similar needs for those across the Northern Ontario region.
$50 for 15 minutes
